Starry Night have different types of products and these are either stocked, or handmade to order.

Delivery varies depending on the type of product you have ordered as we aim to use the lowest carbon footprint option with the highest service levels.

If you order different items at the same time (for example a made to order mattress and stocked pillows) then you are likely to receive two deliveries and will be notified about both and how to track them.

If you have ordered a flat (non-rolled) mattress then your delivery will be carried out by our partner BJS. What you can expect: 

1. As soon as your mattress is in the warehouse you will be sent a text and/or email letting you know the earliest delivery date 
2. You can accept the date or suggest another date 
3. You will receive a text and/or email prior to your delivery day giving you your 3-hour delivery slot 
4. On the day of delivery you can track progress online plus your delivery driver will call you 30-60 mins before arrival 
5. On arrival the team will pre-walk the route to where you want the mattress delivered to and then unload and your mattress will be delivered to the room of your choice  

While our delivery teams will happily deliver to your room of choice, it is subject to suitable access being available. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item ordered will fit its intended destination. Any cancellation where delivery access is not possible will incur a cancellation charge of normally 20% of the purchase price. All product sizes are available on the product specification section of the respective product pages.

Our rolled mattresses, bedding and accessories will be delivered by courier service to your front door.

Delivery times vary by product, stocked items are usually delivered in 3-5 days.  Some items are handmade to order in just 7-10 days and some extra special items take a little longer and can be 14-28 days. Please check the delivery lead time on the product page when ordering.

Starry Night Mattresses deliver to mainland UK only. For remote locations, such as Scottish Highlands, we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescale. Items will usually take between 7- 14 days extra to deliver, due to limited courier availability in these areas and at an additional charge.
